As an early adopter of digital platforms within their restaurants, McDonald's set its sights on transforming the Drive-thru experience, making it entirely digital for the first time. This shift not only modernized the Drive-thru but created a seamless, customer-centered journey that maximized speed, flexibility, and personalization. Leading UX design and digital strategy, I was tasked with developing a streamlined, engaging digital experience that met the evolving needs of McDonald's customers.

The Project: Creating a 100% Digital Customer Journey

The challenge was to design a digital system that would integrate new technology across all Drive-thru touchpoints—from ordering to payment to pickup—while providing a smoother, more enjoyable experience for customers on the go. This comprehensive transformation introduced a series of innovative features and solutions that redefined Drive-thru convenience.
